We worked with Sandy Rendel Architects on this small mixed-use development of a brownfield site in Peckham, London. The project comprises the construction of two houses and an extension to the kitchens of an adjacent restaurant; The Begging Bowl.

The structure comprises conventional masonry construction with timber floors and roofs. The design of bespoke precast concrete features and carefully considered details maintained a low-cost approach, while maintaining the architectural intent.
