2019 Carlton and Granville
The Carlton and Granville masterplan compromises part refurbishment and part redevelopment of the site to create a mixed-use scheme with residential, community and educational functions.

The project involves five buildings; the existing Carlton and Granville buildings will be adapted and refurbished. Two new concrete frame buildings, of six and eight storeys respectively, will provide a mixture of community space and mixed tenure housing. There will also be a new two storey community centre of CLT construction.
