2022
The Carlton and Granville masterplan comprises the redevelopment of an inner London site to create a mixed use scheme with residential, community and educational functions.
The project involves the design of five buildings; a new two storey community centre constructed in cross laminated timber (CLT), two new concrete frame buildings, of six and eight storeys respectively providing a mixture of community space and mixed tenure housing, and the existing Carlton and Granville buildings which will be adapted and refurbished.
