2019 Lyndhurst Way
Alterations to a Georgian house in Peckham, including a new stair core which serves to re-organise the circulation - in particular the previously difficult to access lower ground floor.

A series of rolled steel channels form the structural frame and set the geometry of the structure which is infilled with timber. The original rear wall was significantly altered to facilitate the full height openings at each level (whilst restraining the flank wall and tying back in the main structure).
