This new build house sits on a tight village site in rural Sussex and its first floor living space has been designed to give spectacular views of the adjoining countryside.
The structure mixes masonry, timber, steel and both precast and in-situ concrete construction. Ground source heat and rainwater harvesting are additional features of the project.
