The bridge at the Monnow Valley Arts centre connects two existing buildings on the site; An older stone masonry house to the North-West of the site, and a newer glulam and blockwork studio to the South-East. The structure of the bridge comprises a welded tubular steel frame of varying section sizes, clad in timber to match the existing buildings. The bridge bears directly onto the existing buildings with stiff steel frames at either end.
