Oolite House is a generous family home nestled into a steep hillside within the Cotswold National Landscape.
While the building presents as a modest single-storey volume from the street, the home opens up down the slope to reveal a three-storey structure centred around a sheltered sunken terrace.

Drawing its identity from the local Oolitic limestone that surrounds it, the structure utilizes a natural material palette including limestone and Douglas Fir timber to create an attractive, tactile and low-carbon superstructure.
