This site specific kinetic work was designed as permanent installation at Unilever House in London's Blackfriars. The sculpture is informed by the history of early acoustic mapping and early warning systems. The four giant plywood panel trumpets slowly rotate into a new position each day at midday providing a constantly changing outlook to the building’s inhabitants.
Fabricated using a composite oak and steel structure with bespoke nylon bearings, and suspended from a platform within in the atrium.
