A new workshop for jeweler Alex Monroe, on a constrained site in Bermondsey, London.

The structure is expressed throughout and the steel frame, timber floors and feature stairs have been carefully integrated with the architecture. The Cor-ten louvered rain screen is one of the project’s most distinctive features and required careful structural detailing to minimise the extent of secondary framing.
